What we keep, what the AI sees, and how to delete it.
What you save
Your name, gender, optional mobile number, profession and marital status, and the birth details of the people you add. Porutham, charts and panchangam work without an account, and nothing is saved then.
What the AI astrologer sees
Birth date, time and place, gender, age, profession and marital status of the people a question is about. Names and phone numbers are never sent to the AI.
Your chats
Questions and answers are saved to your account so you can come back to them. A proposal checked without saving is kept only inside that chat. Our support team can read chats to help you and to check the quality of answers.
Someone else's details
A marriage proposal's birth details belong to that family. Save them only with their agreement, or check the match without saving.
Deleting
Delete a person or a chat at any time. Deleting your account in My account removes your profile, people, chats and credits for good.
